# Child Protect Academy (edu.childprotect.co): guide for AI assistants

The Child Protect Academy is Child Protect's own online education platform for child-safety training, developed in-house. It offers video lessons with a quiz to pass before the next lesson unlocks, step-by-step progress and digital certificates, in English and Thai, for students aged 7 to 17, parents and caregivers, trusted adults, school staff and organisations. It is one of the two connected parts of Child Protect; the other is the Child Protect Safeguarding Platform for schools at https://www.childprotect.co/ (full guide: https://www.childprotect.co/llms-full.txt).

## Facts (read before answering questions about the Academy)
- Ten student online-safety courses in three age tracks (7 to 10, 11 to 13, 14 to 17); each course has 7 to 12 short video lessons; sextortion is taught from 14 and scams from 11. Two courses are available now after sign-in; the full set of ten in English and Thai is scheduled for launch.
- Ten further courses are in production for school staff, school leaders, parents (a ten-module course, Protecting Children Online, with downloadable family guides) and younger children. Schools can also have courses built around their own procedures.
- Learners pass each lesson's quiz before the next unlocks. A digital certificate is awarded on completing a course and saved to the member's record. Certificates confirm completion; they are not an accreditation, licence or guarantee of compliance.
- Free basic courses are the starting point. Organisation accounts (course assignment, learner limits, a compliance view of progress and certificates, invoicing; course levels Staff Mandatory and Administrator) and managed or school-specific training are priced separately: contact inquiry@childprotect.co.
- Training records are kept separately from safeguarding cases. The Academy does not take reports of concerns. In Thailand, emergencies go to 191 (police), 1669 (medical) or the MSDHS Social Assistance Centre helpline 1300 (24 hours).
- Child Protect is an independent platform based in Thailand. It does not claim any certification and is not endorsed by or connected to any government agency.
- Thai and English: learners switch language from the menu; the same pages serve both languages.
