How to choose the right training

The best training depends on the learner, role, organization, and safeguarding goal. Students may need simple and age-aware safety lessons, while parents, caregivers, school staff, and trusted adults may need guidance on how to recognize concerns, respond calmly, protect privacy, and involve the correct support pathway.

Which courses does the Child Protect Academy offer?

Ten student online-safety courses: Your Online World; Privacy and Personal Information; Online Strangers, Grooming and Manipulation; Cyberbullying, Harassment and Peer Pressure; Scams, Fake Offers and Social Engineering (ages 11+); Gaming, Chat, Livestreaming and Social Apps; Consent, Boundaries and Respect; Sextortion and Image-Based Abuse (ages 14+); Harmful Content and Mental Wellbeing; and Reporting, Recovery and Getting Help. Two are available now after signing in; the rest release at launch.

How is each course structured?

Each student course has between 7 and 12 short video lessons. Learners watch each video and pass its quiz before the next lesson unlocks, then receive a digital certificate on completing the course.

Which languages are the courses in?

English and Thai. Learners switch language from the menu.

What other courses are coming?

Ten further courses for school staff, school leaders, parents and younger children are in production, including a ten-module parent course, Protecting Children Online, with downloadable family guides. Schools can also have courses built around their own procedures.
